How does it work?

Every Identity Shift begins with your team. We first explore your organisation’s goals, current dynamics and the kind of change you want the experience to inspire.

Based on your input, we create a tailor-made reality with its own concept, story, atmosphere, roles and unexpected turns. Depending on the experience, it may include a carefully selected environment, professional actors, visual elements, sound, props and individual or shared missions. We secretly assign each participant a carefully selected surprise role designed to challenge familiar patterns and reveal new strengths. We take care of the entire experience—from the storyline and supporting professional actors to the location, costumes, props and atmosphere—so your team can fully step into the new reality without knowing what awaits them.

Your team enters without knowing exactly what will happen. Participants are invited to step outside their usual professional identities, respond to unfamiliar situations and shape the story through their decisions, interactions and ability to work together.

There is no single correct way to complete the experience. What unfolds depends on the team itself. This allows natural strengths, communication patterns and group dynamics to become visible in a powerful but psychologically safe setting.
